What do you learn

We sit and paint in nature: Beautiful landscapes, old bridges, small villages or a nice detail. Under my guidance, you learn to look at the landscape in an original way'.

We focus on:

- Sketching technique and use of colour

- How to paint with oil paints

- Design painting

- Use of perspective

- Look at composition

It will be a great experience !

At the end of each day you will certainly have a fantastic memory with a canvas painting from your own hand!

About the teacher

The painting course is given by Lisette Meijrink, Dutch artist and qualified teacher. She is painting for 30 years and has an workshop/gallery in Pierrerue. She attended the Art Academy in Genk (Belgium) an studied in a earlier time at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam as an art teacher.

She now lives in France and loves life here in the south. In the winter months she travels together with her partner John.

Together with John she has a Boutique - Gallery in Assignan where they work in the summer. In the winter they travel.

" What I would like is to share all the beauty that the area offers here with others. Giving a personal experience with a tangible memory that you and others will remember with pleasure and joy "

I hope you're looking forward to it!
